Actually I’m really busy with my full-time job and only spending a few hours every week on my music (sometimes even less!), but little by little I’m making progress with my new extreme metal project… Maybe it will be a new CAUTIVA recording, maybe not. Here you can listen to a second sample. I wanted to create this as an extended progressive passage with variations and a mixture of ideas… I hope you enjoy it!
This year has been very hard at my job (teaching), with many hours and too much mental energy required. It’s even a bit worse now because I decided to take some lessons over the next few months, and that means extra work for me. So, in order to make faster progress and finish as soon as possible, I’ve decided to stop some of my activities (including music creation) for the rest of the month and concentrate on my lessons. I hope to stop just for 2–3 weeks and return to my ideas in the first week of March. If everything goes well, I hope to finish an ambient track in March (one of my studies experimenting with techniques, ideas, and so on) that I began in January and to share it here…
