Released privately in November 2001 and released publicly in October 2008.
This EP contains all the piano recordings written for the HYPNOTICA project, a jazz-fusion duo for guitar (José L. Cabeza) and piano (myself).
This project was working for a few of sessions during summer and autumn of 2001, and we expected to release a demo or something alone those lines, but it was eventually abandoned and the final recordings for piano and guitar were never made. The present recordings offers only one side of the project (the piano), with the guitar lines missing, thus losing an important part of the richness and musicality of the project. Still, better to be able to listen 50% than 0%, isn’t it? That’s why I decided to release publicly these recordings in October 2008.
